This article is valid for all CTARe products, services, and solutions that are subscribed.
1. You can access your client portal here.
2. You will see the following login page. Key in your credentials. If you do not know or remember your password, use the "Forgot Password?" option.
3. Once you are logged in, you will see your dashboard.
4. Go to Subscriptions to see all your subscriptions.
5. To cancel a subscription, click on the subscription you wish to cancel.
6. Once you are at the individual subscription page, you will see the Cancel Subscription at the top right hand corner.
7. Click on Cancel Subscription.
8. A window will pop up. Click on Cancel on Next Renewal.
9. Your subscription is now cancelled, and you won't be billed for the next cycle.
10. Once you navigate back to your Subscriptions page, you will see that the Status is now Non Renewing.
11. Once the date has past your last renewal date, your Status will be automatically changed to Cancelled.
