For critical issues, our server response time is always 2 hours. The incident response times that you see on our managed IT solution page is for non-critical server issues.

After Hours is defined as 5pm - 9am, including Sat, Sun, and Public Holiday (PH). Yes, we do After Hours support as a standalone, or add-on solution. It is always more affordable to ask for 24 Hours support upfront rather than adding After Hours support later on.
