What is included in your Website Maintenance Suite?

Updates to your website for core WordPress components and the various plugins are done by us. Backups for your entire website is also included in the suite. We will back up your website daily (or weekly on the Essentials plan), or on-demand when you send in a request. We will also keep the backups (so long as you are actively subscribed to our solution), and for up to 7 days upon the expiry/cancellation of your subscription to our Website Development solution. Do you charge for Maintenance Hours?

We use maintenance hours to perform website updates, backups, security checks, and performance optimization. These amazing feats are performed at no additional costs to your company as these requests are initiated by us. Do you charge for Support Hours?

If you need help with a particular component of your website, you can make use of the Support Hours provided with your subscription to contact us with your request. Any request sent by your company to us will be calculated as Support Hours. Requests started by us for things like website updates, backups, etc are considered Maintenance Hours. Can we really Sell and Auction anything on your E-Commerce plan?

Yes, you may. However, it is also governed by the laws of each country. We aim to move our existing clients over to our registrar where domain privacy is complimentary by Q2 2019.
