If you need help with a particular component of your website, you can make use of the Support Hours provided with your subscription to contact us with your request.
Any request sent by your company to us will be calculated as Support Hours. Requests started by us for things like website updates, backups, etc are considered Maintenance Hours.
Your company can request for us to help troubleshoot with your website issue, or to even upload new content to your website. We will also be able to make minor changes (no more than 25% of the page modified, or new pages to be be added).
For major changes, like adding new web page(s), or a website refresh, please contact us for a flat-fee quote.
