Where can I manage my account if I checked out using Stripe for my subscription to any of your services?

You can manage it from the Customer Portal here.

You will need to get your account email address ready. Stripe will prompt you for it, then send a passcode to your registered account email address in order to grant you access to your account details in the Customer Portal.
